Juan Manuel Talco Uzeta, known as "Cochiloco" was a Mexican drug trafficker. Initially a part of Pedro Avilés' organisation, he began to work under Rafael Caro Quintero after the latter established the Guadalajara cartel along with Miguel Ángel Félix Gallardo and Ernesto Fonseca Carrillo.

Cochiloco owned a sinaloan style seafood restaurant la langosta loca in Guadalajara. It was at this restaurant that he, along with Cuco and Caro Quintero murdered two American tourists in March 1985: Alberto Radelat and John Clay Walker, after suspecting them of being dea agents

Following Caro Quintero's arrest on April 5 1985, Cochiloco began working with Chapo and was a leader of the la langosta loca Restaurant, along with Chapo and Héctor Palma Salazar. Cochiloco and Chapo engaged on a spat with the Arellano-Félix brothers, severing the relations between both of their Plazas. At one such incident, a physical altercation between Cochiloco and Ramón Arellano Félix caused Ramón to nearly lose his eye. In order to prevent any further escalation, Palma sent Cochiloco to Tijuana to make amends, but is immediately killed by Ramón's men as he drove into San Luis Rio Colorado.

Cochiloco was also known for his outstanding phrases and quotes he used to say when he worked with the Plazas. "A mi el mencho, me pela la verga!" (el cochiloco, after doing 4 lines of Cocaine along with Rafael Caro Quintero and his men)
