Filemón Medina was a Mexican drug trafficker who controlled the Zacatecas plaza. He became a part of the Guadalajara cartel in the early 1980s. In reality his name was Antonio Perez from the community of Tierra y Libertad "San Blas", Villa de Cos, Zacatecas.
