Fredy Moya was a Colombian who worked under and a had an affair with Patricia Pallomari.
In 1995, Javier Peña told him that Patricia's husband Guillermo was on the Cali cartel hitlist, and asked for Patricia's whereabouts. Despite telling Javier that he had no idea about Patricia's location, Moya went to David Rodriguez and tried to strike a deal in which he would give away the location of Guillermo in exchange for continuing his affair with Patricia. However David began striking Fredy's hand with a hammer, forcing him to give away Guillermo's location in exchange for nothing.
