Gustavo Calderón (died 1994) was a Colombian police captain in Cali.

Gustavo was tasked with aiding DEA agents Chris Feistl and Daniel Van Ness while they investigated the Cali cartel. Calderón despite proclaiming himself as the "last honest cop in Cali", was on the payroll of the Cali cartel, and did his best to obstruct the DEA's intelligence operation by warning the cartel's head of security Carlo Cordova about the DEA-led raid on Guillermo Pallomari's office, and later by preventing the DEA agents from carrying the acquired evidence back to Bogotá.

Calderón hoped that the DEA agents would return back to capital city empty-handed, but the DEA agents scrapped their plan at the last minute and returned back to Cali to tail Pallomari, as they had deduced that he was from Chile and therefore could be extradited if caught. The agents tailed Pallomari and Cordova to the safehouse where cartel leader Gilberto Rodríguez Orejuela stayed, and passed the location to their superior Javier Peña. Under Hugo Martinez's command, the Search Bloc mounted a secret operation to arrest Gilberto as the DEA suspected Calderón of working for the cartel. While Calderón was sent off on a fake raid, Martinez and Feistl went on to raid Gilberto's real location. When Calderón came to know about this, Martinez had his men handcuff Calderón to the steering wheel for his car while they raided Gilberto's mansion. Calderón managed to break-free and warn Gilberto's brother Miguel about the raid, and later failed to intercept Gilberto as Martinez transported him to an airfield and instead intercepted a decoy driven by Feistl.

Tensions were high after Gilberto was arrested, and Miguel believed that someone had sold out Gilberto's location to the Americans. Calderón blamed Cordova for the capture, as he was tailed by the DEA due to his carelessness. However, to save his life, Cordova went to Miguel and blamed Calderón for the leak, and had reluctant support from Jorge Salcedo, the head of security for the brothers. Calderòn was killed by Navegante on Miguel Rodriguez's orders.
