Jairo (died 1992) was a high ranking sicario of the Medellín cartel.
He was one of Los Pepes' earliest victims. He visited his sick mother in the city, not knowing that he was followed by the Search Bloc and the Los Pepes. Los Pepes eventually beat the Search Bloc to Jairo's location, and kidnapped him. He was tortured to death, and his body was hung on the city with a placard signed by the Los Pepes.
