Juliana (died 1993) was the ex-wife of Fernando Duque.
In January 1993, her ex-husband told her that Los Pepes were looking for him and that they needed to leave the country with their son Simone. Juliana refused, and kicked him out of her house, believing that she was safe due to the divorce. She later informed the police when Fernando stole her car to pick up their son from school.
However, she was not spared by Los Pepes, and was brutally murdered along with Fernando, Simone and former mother-in-law.
