Marta Ochoa Vásquez was a Colombian kidnapping victim, and the sister of drug lords Jorge Luis and Fabio Ochoa Vásquez.
On 13 March, 1981 she was kidnapped by members of the M-19 guerrilla movement outside her university. Pablo Escobar convinced her brothers to not pay the ransom, and they formed the Muerte a Secuestradores (MAS) paramilitary in order to secure her release. After the MAS began relentlessly killing M-19 members, Iván Torres decided to free Marta.
