Paola Salcedo was a Colombian lawyer and Jorge Salcedo's wife. She lives in the United States with her husband in a witness protection program.
She wanted Jorge to quit working for the Cali cartel after Pablo Escobar's death, but Miguel Rodríguez Orejuela forced Jorge to work there for six more months. This eventually begins to crack their relationship, till Jorge agreed to be an informant for the DEA. With Jorge's help, the DEA and the Search Bloc succeeded in bringing down the Cali cartel, and Salcedo and his family were put under witness protection in the United States.
