José Pedro Balmaceda Pascal is a Chilean-American actor. He appeared as Javier Peña in all three seasons of Narcos. He has also appeared in The Mandalorian (2019), Game of Thrones (2014), The Great Wall (2016) and The Last of Us (2023)
Pedro Pascal has the highest number of appearances in the series, as he is the only character to star in all 30 episodes of Narcos.
