Quavo was an American drug dealer from California.
Quavo introduced crack cocaine to the Arellano-Félix family by cooking a batch in front them. Enedina wanted to her brother to supply cocaine to Quavo and to sell crack cocaine, which was more profitable than selling cocaine, but her brother Benjamín Arellano Félix denied since he didn't want any conflict with his boss Miguel Ángel Félix Gallardo and the Colombians.
