Roberto Ramos, commonly known as Poison, was a Colombian hitman and one of the sicarios of the Medellín cartel.
Poison was a blood thirsty murderer who killed civilians and police officers with impunity and without a shred of remorse, even willing to shoot Jaime's baby. He often got into arguments with other sicarios about who killed the most, even killing an random innocent passerby with his car to prove to the other sicarios about his killcount when they argued about it. He was a long term associate of Pablo Escobar, working with him during his early smuggling days. He assisted Escobar in the bombing of Avianca Flight 203, that killed 107 people that occurred in 1989.
In 1991, DEA agents traced his satellite phone call and intercepted his plans to party at La Dispensaria with his fellow sicarios. Colonel Carrillo was given his location, and he was gunned down by Search Bloc operatives as he tried to escape through a window. After his death, Escobar raised the bounty on any DEA agent in Colombia to $500,000.
