Romo (died 1994) was a Mexican drug trafficker and a member of the Sinaloa cartel.
Romo started out as independent drug trafficker working alongside the Tijuana cartel. The Sinaloa cartel under Ismael 'Mayo' Zambada took over his business, and Romo was given a choice between working for Mayo or being burnt alive. Romo choose the former, and soon became Mayo's right-hand man. He would be sent to meet with smaller independent drug traffickers and convince them to work with the Sinaloa cartel. In 1994, he was murdered by Tijuana cartel hitmen and his body was hung from an overpass with a note warning Mayo to stay away from Tijuana.
