Thomas Buehl was a Texas-based American accountant who managed Mexican drug lord Miguel Ángel Félix Gallardo's finances in the United States of America.
He was picked up by DEA agents Jim Ferguson and Enrique Camarena Salazar, and was forced into taking part in a plan by the DEA to lure the drug lord into the United States. However, the plan failed as Félix Gallardo was informed of it right before he crossed the border.
